I’m passionate about getting my clients results. I especially like taking clients through the process of introducing clients to resistances training and showing them how to lift to suit their goals. I love seeing clients progress thought their journey to achieve their goals. When training clients I take into consideration physical longevity alongside implementing sustainable nutrition habits.
I’ve played rugby league for over 10 years, I follow the sport passionately I also enjoy holistic approaches to health and fitness including cold water immersion and other adventure outside.
