Craig is a very keen sportsman. He currently plays at a high standard of Rugby league for Oldham St Anne’s. His passion for the game has led him to develop an interest in optimum health, fitness and peak performance.

Craig is a highly qualified trainer including exercise referral consultancy, gym based boxing, Olympic weight lifting and circuit training.

Since starting personal training 4 years ago Craig has used his expertise and training methodologies to  help clients reach their fat loss and toning goals. His main focus is to achieve maximum results through challenging but enjoyable sessions.

Craig combines his different training methods with comprehensive nutrition advice to meet the client’s needs and goals.
