Ben attained a BSc (Hons) in sport science in 2004. Whilst studying he followed his interest of exercises and started personal training. Ben became more interested in all aspects of personal training and decided to set up Bodypro with Natalie in 2004 shortly after learning university.
Ben’s background in sport and exercise is varied, his main interest being playing rugby union.
Currently he is pursuing his passion for road cycling, being inspired to complete numerous cycling challenges. He has continued to increase his knowledge by continually reading, researching and developing new ideas and training techniques over the last 10 years he has been working with his clients. He has a diploma in personal training alongside other qualifications such as pre-post natal, Olympic weight lifting and kettle bells.
Ben likes to set his clients challenges to inspire and motivated them. He has organised several challenges for Bodypro clients including the way of the roses bike ride (across Britain bike ride) National 3 peaks challenge and various runs and adventure runs including the mens health survival fitness.
