We will conduct a comprehensive initial physical, nutrition and lifestyle assessment to give us the information needed to create a regime specifically for you. We will provide you with all the help needed to get results as our personal training is complemented by our outstanding support service (additional training programme, nutrition support and menu idea suggestions).
Personal training at Bodypro includes a wide range of disciplines and methods to help keep both your body and mind challenged, designed to be progressive and challenging. All sessions are bespoke to you.
After your initial session you can choose how to use our service, you can purchase individual sessions or take advantage of our discounts when block booking (no membership fee).
